  • To purchase our base package, which includes the frame, fork, seatpost, and integrated handlebar, you will need to provide a valid email address and contact number. This ensures we can communicate effectively throughout the process.

  • After providing your contact details, you’ll make an initial payment of the specific Walser Gen package selected. This payment reserves your build at its base stage.

  • Before we confirm your build, we will send you an email to discuss any additional customization options. This email will include specific pricing for the additional options based on current market costs.

  • Once you confirm your additional options, we will send you a detailed quotation with various payment options available in Singapore. After receiving your second payment, we will proceed with the fabrication and ordering of parts.

FAQ

How long does shipping take?

Standard fabrication process takes 90-120 business days after order confirmation from you.

However there will be instances that we may need to extend the finishing up to
a maximum of 6 months.

This may be due to unforeseen circumstances which resulted in longer than usual queue, machine breakdown, logistical issues or lack of raw materials.

Once my walser custom bike is ready, what are the next step?

We will reach out to you at least 2-3 weeks before the final
product is ready. At this time you will need to decide where would you like to
collect your completed bike built.

Do note that all walser bike purchase come with 1x complimentary bikefitting
session, subject to availability

Why is there a two-step payment process?

The two-step payment process ensures a paper trail of our conversation and provides transparency/assurance that both parties are committed to Walser purchase journey.
