Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Sale or discounted items must be returned within 14 days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or customized items.
  • Items marked as “final sale.”

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at hello@bespokedcustom.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.
  3. Pack your item securely and include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact hello@bespokedcustom.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  • For international returns, any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
